Joining our mailing list or shopping on Carpi Moto web site you have to be informed about how we use your personal information. Anyway, and any time, you can unsubscribe our mailing list just sending to sales@carpimoto.com an e-mail whose object is "unsubscribe".
D.Lgs. N.196 06/30/2003 art. 13 (the "Law") provides that using personal data should be preceded by an information to the person whose data are about.
Regarding to use of your personal data by Carpi Moto srl, Genoa, via Pedullà 75 ("Carpi Moto"), please consider:
Collection and use will be done by Carpi Moto with the following purposes:

• marketing and advertising
• sending informative and promotional stuff
• statistical analyses
• rate customer satisfaction
• fulfill national and UE laws or authority orders

Use will be executed with automatized procedures, respecting security and privacy rules provided by the Law, including any of these operations: collection, registration, organization, conservation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, deletion and destruction.
On behalf of Carpi Moto, data could be used by his employees, or by professionals or companies which act specific services or complementary or necessary activities to the correct execution of Carpi Moto web services.
Data could be transmitted to accounting professionals or companies; they will use data as autonomous holders.

Law art. 10 gives you the right to:

  • a statement declaring that people whose data have been processed have been informed about these previous operations
• oppose proceeding, in part or at all, even if pertinent to collect scope;
• oppose proceeding, in part or at all, if the final scope is commercial information or sending advertising stuff, direct selling, market research.

Holder of the personal data use under the Law is Carpi Moto, whose office is in Genoa, via Pedullà 75 and to whom you can assert the rights provided by the art. 10 of the Law.
This is a short english translation of the italian document "Privacy , INFORMATIVA SUL TRATTAMENTO DI DATI PERSONALI ai sensi dell’art. 13 del D.Lgs. N.196 del 30 Giugno 2003 (Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali)" which is the only legal document stating our privacy policy.
