Carpi Moto orders are delivered WORLDWIDE through express couriers *.

The easiest way to check Which Service, How Long and How Much is to add products to the basket and check inside it.
In the basket you can check the availability of all products and then understand when your order will be processed, choose the shipping method and then check how much it costs you.

Dispatch: Our system show the ETA according to parts availability. Please check Expected Time of Arrival inside every product page or inside the basket. If your order contains not in stock items, we will ship as soon as every order's item will be available.

Which Service:

  • Europe: we ship using DHL, or BRT / DPD Ground and Air Services.
  • Outside Europe: we ship using DHL Air Service.

How Long:

  • Italy: Ground Service usually takes 24/48 hours.
  • Europe: Air Service usually takes 24/48 hours.
  • Europe: Ground Service usually takes 4/5 days.
  • Outside Europe: Express Air Service usually takes 48 hours, Standard Air Service 4/5 days.

The above ETAs are generic and related to main cities, respected on average at 98%, for more accurate estimated times please check DHL web site; add origin and destination information, the tool will provide ETA. How Much: shipping depends which part and where we ship. Please check inside the product page or in the basket. The Shipping Cost are not the sum of every product shipping cost, they are just one, you will pay the shipping cost of the bigger part only. Please note our delivery prices are set for final customers' purchases, ie a customer who purchases parts for his own motorcycle .
Dealers Orders and also every Order including multiple of a part (for example 15 oil filters) will be checked by our warehouse which will ask for additional delivery charges.

Calculator : if basket displays a calculator, this is an order that we can not handle automatic. No problem! Please check out and we will send you as soon as possible an email with detailed delivery rates and payment methods. An operator (within 24 hours Mon-Fri) will calculated the shipping and send an e-mail containing the total amount of your order shipping included.

Free Shipping: we offer free shipping for many parts, a "free shipping" product is shipped using the less expensive service (for example DHL International Economy).

Upon Delivery of the parcel by the courier, we remind you of:

  • Check that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document (it is written on each package).
  • Report any mismatch in the number of packages or any damage to the carrier; the shipment, if collected, must be collected writing "with reserve" ; by way of example but not limited to: if the package arrives with signs of transport or damaged, just write "subject to inspection" on the receipt.
  • Within 8 days of delivery:
    • Report any defects (e.g. products damaged during transport, non-functioning battery, etc.)
    • Check the products: the identity, quality, quantity must correspond to that indicated in the purchase receipt. After several days from delivery it will be very difficult if not impossible for us to verify a possible shipping error, the commercial and legal guarantees are of course unaffected.

Invoice: For every order we ship we issue a receipt or an invoice, sent by email the day we ship.
Invoice Value: Invoice Value is the sum of the products plus freight.
Invoice Additional Documents & Declarations : every invoice we issue includes this statement : "The exporter of the products covered by this document declares that except where otherwise clearly indicated, these products are of E.E.A. Preferential origin". For Every outside EU destination shipment We also include a Document we declare that none of the goods listed in export invoice are subject to any export licence. No other certificates (ie Origin Certificate) will be issued.


  • Custom Duties: shipping costs do not include local taxes, to check these costs we recommend to check your country customs website.
  • Custom Duties & Clearance fees: Shipping costs do not include any customs clearance document fee due to the courier, we recommend contacting the courier before customs clearance is made. For example:
    • Australia although GST should be paid for every order amount, it does not appear that GST is applied under the AUD 1000 threshold.
    • Brexit (in development) : right now we stopped shipping orders under GBP 135 (about 160 Euro), we only ship orders which goods total is over GBP 135, prices listed on our site are now VAT free, according to Brexit deal please note customer will pay 20 % U.K. VAT to the courier.     • Israel the courier always ask for customs clearance document fees.
    • New Zealand, the NZ customs service have a website for calculating the duty they charge, please check here .
    • Switzerland to avoid the document costs required by DHL you need a CSP account to be communicated before shipping so that we can include this information in the waybill, for more information please search on google "Swiss customs CSP", the first result explains how it works.
    • Turkey : Every shipment / invoice over euro 150 should pay high taxes and duties
    • UAE over USD 275 orders pay custom duties.
